We are recruiting trainers
We are currently looking to recruit quality trainers in some areas of the country to help us deliver both on road and classroom training for our clients. If you are based within an easy travelling distance of the following areas, we would like to hear from you:
We work with a number of councils and some well known brands to deliver quality on road and classroom based training. As we grow, our need for experienced trainers has increased. We are looking for qualified trainers to join us on a sub-contractor basis, who have the necessary skills and experience to deliver training in vans, LGVs (class 1 and class 2) as well as minibuses. We are not a driving school so we do not operate a franchise – meaning you are not committed to paying any fees just for working with us. We simply pay you a daily rate for all work you complete for us.
Quality is extremely important to us, so you will need to be reliable and willing and able to deliver training according to the guidelines we set out in relation to each client. As a minimum, you must be an ADI and also hold a Feet Badge to work with us. To deliver training in a classroom environment for us you must hold at least Level 3 in Education & Training (or equivalent) and/or be working towards achieving Level 4 in Education & Training.
To apply, please complete the form below. If you are based in one of the areas listed above, we will be in touch with you soon to discuss your application.
If you are not suitably qualified and would like to gain the relevant qualifications, we can help. We can offer a DVSA accredited fleet trainer course so that you can gain your fleet badge. We are also approved by Highfield Qualifications to offer the Level 3 Award in Education & Training as well as the Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training.
